What we collect, which is less than you would expect, and what we do not.
The plugin collects nothing and does not phone home. The only call it makes asks whether your key is valid. Your customers’ data stays in your own database and never reaches us.

What Kavita collects from your site
Nothing. No usage telemetry, no analytics beacon, no remote script loaded at runtime, no report of which features you use. The plugin does not phone home.
The single exception is the licence check: a request asking whether your key is valid, carrying the key, your site domain and the plugin version. It carries no booking data, no customer data and no revenue figures.
What we collect when you buy
Your name, email, billing address and the tax identifiers your country requires. Card details go to the payment gateway and never reach a Sokocode server.
We keep purchase records for as long as tax law requires us to.
What we collect when you write to us
Whatever is in your email, including anything you attach. If you send us a database export to debug an import, that is customer data and we delete it when the thread is closed.
Your customers' data
We never see it. It stays in your WordPress database on your hosting. You are its controller; we are not a processor of it, because it never reaches us.
Cookies on this website
[To be completed once the store is built.] The intent is: no advertising trackers, no cross-site tracking, and analytics only if it can be run without following people around.
Your rights
Ask what we hold, ask for a copy, ask for deletion — write to hello@sokocode.com and it is a person who answers, not a form.
