Twenty-three questions, answered plainly.
Including the ones a sales page normally avoids — what happens when you stop paying, whether we take a cut, and what counts as a practitioner.
Buying and plans
Is the free plan a trial?
No clock, no card, no feature that expires. It stops being free the day you add a second practitioner — which is the day it started earning enough to pay for it.
What counts as a practitioner?
Somebody whose time can be booked. A receptionist who takes bookings all day is not a practitioner. Two part-timers sharing four days are two, because two diaries exist.
Can I change plans later?
Up or down, whenever. Upgrading is prorated; downgrading takes effect at renewal so you never lose a month you paid for.
What if I go over my practitioner count?
The plugin tells you and keeps working. Nothing is deleted and no booking is refused — you get a notice and a month to decide.
Is there a lifetime licence?
No, and there will not be. Lifetime means their lifetime, and it funds a launch rather than a decade of security patches.
Money
Do you take a cut of my bookings?
No, and we could not: money moves between your gateway and your bank without passing through us. Zero booking fees on every plan.
Are there add-ons to buy?
None. Not for payments, coupons, custom fields, reminders or calendar sync. One invoice a year and nothing on top.
Is tax included?
No — GST for Indian customers, VAT for the EU, both added at checkout. Every price on the site is exclusive of tax.
How do I pay from India?
UPI, netbanking or card through Razorpay, with a proper GST invoice carrying your GSTIN.
How do refunds work?
Thirty days, in full, no questions. If we miss a published resolution target you get the year back, not a proration.
Your data
Where does my data live?
In your own WordPress database on your own hosting. We never see it, which is why we are neither controller nor processor for it.
What happens if I stop paying?
The plugin keeps working. Bookings, payments and reminders carry on; you lose updates and support, not your business.
Does it phone home?
No usage telemetry, no analytics beacon, no remote script at runtime. The licence check asks whether your key is valid and carries nothing else.
Can I export everything?
GDPR export and erasure are built in and free on every plan. Erasure anonymises bookings rather than deleting them, so your accounts still balance.
How it works
Will it double-book?
No, and not because the code is careful. A UNIQUE index decides it inside the database's own locking, so the second booking is impossible rather than unlikely.
Does WhatsApp really work both ways?
Yes. It needs your own Twilio account and a template approved by Meta — we cannot do that part for you, and no plugin can.
Which parts need an AI key?
The booking assistant and the admin copilot, both optional. Switched off they render nothing at all. The morning brief uses no model.
Will it work with my theme?
The wizard brings its own stylesheet, so your theme cannot break it and it cannot break your theme. Gutenberg, Elementor, Divi, WPBakery, Bricks, Oxygen or none of them.
How long does setup take?
About fifteen minutes, because the form hides what your data says you do not need. A single-practitioner business is never asked to pick a practitioner.

Who actually answers?
The engineers who wrote the code. There is no tier one, because there is no tier two.
How fast?
Same day on anything critical, on every paid plan. First reply and resolution targets by plan are on the service levels page.
What if it is my host or my theme?
We will help you find which it is, and often do. The clock only runs on our code, but the help does not stop at the boundary.
