Free until you hire somebody. Support included on every paid plan, from an engineer.

Every competitor charges by how many websites you own, because a general-purpose plugin can't tell how big its customer is. We can — a business's size is its practitioners, the number that grows when things go well. Unlimited appointments on every plan, including free, and seven things we will never put behind a paywall.

Choosing a plan opens checkout.

Struck through means not in that plan — every card lists the same nineteen things, so the gap between two plans is something you can see rather than something you have to work out. Need more sites? Change the domain count on the card and the price follows. The top of each ladder always costs less than the plan above it, so buying domains never costs more than buying the tier that already includes them — plus unlimited staging and local sites, which never count. Thirty branches is a licence we issue by hand, not a fifth plan. No lifetime licence, deliberately: a perpetual promise funded by a single payment is how small software companies quietly die, and you would be the one left without support.

Pay how you like

Cards, UPI and netbanking through Razorpay; PayPal anywhere it reaches. Choose at checkout — the licence is identical either way.

Monthly renews itself

Pick monthly and it renews automatically until you stop it — cancel from your account in one click, effective at the end of the period you've paid for.

Proper invoices

GST for Indian customers, VAT for the EU, a clean receipt everywhere else — issued automatically and sitting in your account.

30days

Thirty days, money back, no questions and no exit interview.

If it takes you a month of real appointments to discover we were wrong about something, that is our problem and not yours — and you should not have to argue with a form to get your money back. Email an engineer, say it did not work out, and it is refunded.

Support

An SLA on the fix, not on the first reply — and the clock never sleeps.

An autoresponder meets a one-hour response target. Nobody has ever been helped by one.

Every support page promises to respond quickly, which costs nothing — an autoresponder meets a one-hour response target. These are targets for resolution, in elapsed hours, around the clock and in every time zone — the clock does not stop overnight or at a weekend.

Critical — site down, payments failing, a slot sold twicesame daysame daysame day
Who answersDocs and forumThe engineers who wrote the code. There is no tier one, because there is no tier two

What "resolution" means

A fix, a workaround you can run today, or a dated commitment with the date in writing. Not "we are looking into it" — that is a status, not a resolution, and stopping the clock on it is how support SLAs become theatre.

Why critical ignores your plan

A site that cannot take a booking is losing money at the same rate whether you pay ₹2,999 or ₹14,999. Tiering the emergency is the same mistake as tiering double-booking prevention, and we already said no to that one.

Free gets no SLA, and should not

Docs, the forum and best effort. A promise we cannot fund is worth less than an honest silence — and the free plan exists to be a real product, not a support queue that starves the paying one.

The two questions nobody answers

What happens when the licence runs out, and what counts as a practitioner.

Every pricing page on this market is quiet about both, and they are the two things that decide whether you can trust the number above.

Your licence expires. Nothing stops working.

The plugin carries on exactly as it did the day before — bookings keep coming in, payments keep being taken, reminders keep going out. What you lose is updates and support, not your business.

Licence expired
Bookings · payments · reminders · updates · support
Bookings · payments · reminders

Everything that runs your business keeps running. What stops is updates and support — not a single booking, not one payment, not your data. Software that holds your diary hostage over a renewal invoice is not a business model.

And because the licence check only ever asks whether your key is valid, a licence server we forget to pay for cannot take your booking form down either.

A practitioner is a person with a diary.

Somebody whose time can be booked. A receptionist who takes bookings all day is not a practitioner and never counts. Nor is an owner who does not see patients, nor an accountant with a login, nor a staff account that only reads reports.

Two part-time physiotherapists sharing four days are two practitioners, because two diaries exist. We would rather write that down in a sentence you can hold us to than leave it as something a sales email decides later.

The one we say no to

There is no lifetime licence, and there will not be.

Amelia sells one. BookingPress sells one at $229 to $599. It is the easiest money in this market and we are not taking it.

Lifetime means their lifetime

It is a bet that the company folds before you stop needing support. Every plugin that sold lifetime licences and then quietly stopped honouring them made exactly this bet and won it.

It funds the launch, not the decade

A year of cash today against twenty years of security patches, WordPress core changes and thirteen gateways rewriting their APIs. The arithmetic only works if the support does not happen.

What we do instead

Your licence expiring never breaks the plugin, so you already have the thing lifetime is really sold to protect. Pay while you want updates and an engineer; stop when you do not.

Never behind a paywall

Seven things we will never sell you.

Named here and enforced in code, because "we forgot" and "we decided this can never be sold" look identical in a list of omissions.

Double-booking prevention

A free install that can double-book isn't a cheaper product, it's a broken one — and the patient who arrives to an occupied room didn't choose your tier.

Calendar sync

The incumbent gates this. It's how a practitioner avoids being booked over their own commitments — selling it by tier means selling a product that double-books.

GDPR export & erasure

You cannot charge somebody for compliance with their own country's law.

Tax and invoices

Charging for a legal invoice is charging for legality.

Email reminders

A business that can't remind anybody has no-shows. Selling the cure for a disease we caused isn't a business model.

Security

Nonces, capability checks, signature verification. Obviously.

Accessibility

A keyboard-usable booking form is not an upgrade.

Compare

What actually changes between plans.

Money questions

The awkward ones, answered first.

Can I change plans later?
Up or down, whenever. Upgrading is prorated against what you have already paid; downgrading takes effect at renewal so you never lose a month you paid for. Nothing about your data changes.
What if I go over my practitioner count?
The plugin tells you and keeps working. Nothing is deleted, no booking is refused and no diary locks — you get a notice in the admin and a month to decide. Refusing a patient because of our billing would be an outrageous thing to do to your business.
Do you take a cut of my bookings?
No, and we could not: the money moves between your gateway and your bank without passing through us. Zero booking fees on every plan including the free one, permanently.
Are there add-ons to buy on top?
None. Not for payments, coupons, custom fields, reminders or calendar sync. There is one invoice a year and nothing on top of it.
Is tax included in these prices?
No — GST is added for Indian customers and VAT for the EU, both at checkout. Every price on this page is exclusive of tax, which is why the number you see is the number you compare.
How do I pay from India, or from anywhere else?
UPI, netbanking and cards through Razorpay for Indian customers; PayPal or card for everyone else. A proper GST invoice with your GSTIN on it, automatically.
Is the free plan a trial?
No. No clock, no card, no feature that expires. It stops being free the day you add a second practitioner — which is the day it started earning you enough to pay for it.
What am I actually paying for each year?
Updates, and an engineer who answers within the SLA above. Not access to your own data, and not permission to keep running the software you already installed.
UPINetbankingVisaMastercardAmexRuPayPayPalRazorpay

Checkout is handled by the gateway, not by us — no card number ever reaches a Sokocode server. GST or VAT added at checkout where it applies.
